i m a trader for almost 2 years now having traded with all kinds of brokers, from fxcm, easyforex, ac markets, ig, etc etc.
i realised that the list of online forex brokers is endless and that it doesn't really matter which one to go for in the end they all offer more or less the same and usually have hidden costs in small print that you'd never really read or pay attention to.

i signed up with brokers offering 1 pip spread (at some times during the night for half an hour maybe, other times the spread went up to 5 pips as well), some offered low spreads but then had transfer and processing costs on top, .... basically you don't gain anything going for those offers as in the end i realized you either pay the same or even more as with the "standard" conditions found on the web.

i think the main difference between the brokers actually is that they have a customer support and trading platform in my language, set the terms and conditions clear UPFRONT (and not only after i already registered and deposited my money), have no hidden costs, and of course that i can trust them not to run off to some island with my hard earned money.

At the moment, and for almost a year i have been trading now with AvaFx after my friend recommended them to me, and i gotta say i m pretty satisfied with them.

I'm not here to promote them, but I thought some of you might be interested to know that they have a nice affiliate program. (i will be honest, i did sign up for it to refer friends and fellow traders, since they offer the best affiliate conditions for me as well) but if some of you already know about it, please let me know what you think.

The Austin American Statesman reported in today's paper that Austin's Hospitals and the Travis County Sheriff's Department have informed the Austin Police Department (APD) that they will no longer collect blood for APD.

Travis County's central booking facility had been the place where APD took their suspected DWI folks for the forced blood draw. APD would rely on the Sheriff's nurses to do the forced blood draw. (If the person refused, they would literally strap them in a chair so that the person couldn't move their arms, and then stick them with the needle) The Sheriff's Department nurses stopped taking blood samples on January 1. The Sheriff's Department has finally realized that the nurses main function should be to treat inmates, not collect evidence. Further, they are deeply concerned about having to give nurse's overtime pay to appear in court after having been the one that draws the blood.

Since the Sheriff's Office stopped doing the blood draws, APD started taking suspects to the hospital for the blood draws. (I can't verifiy this, but I heard that the hospital was charging APD $400.00 per blood draw.) The Hospital representatives have now told APD they don't want them to bring suspects to jail for blood draws. The Hospital staff are worried about lawsuits, and are concerned because these types of blood draws are not being done for medical reasons. Further, the Hospitals are worried about who will pay for the nurse's time when they are called to court to testify about the procedure they used to draw the blood.

Chief Acevedo thinks he has figured out a way around these problems. APD contracted with a private phlebotomist to draw the blood of folks on Halloween weekend and New Years Eve. APD agreed to pay the phlebotomist for three eight hour shifts during these weekends. What APD didn't contract for was pay for this phlebotomist when she is drug into court to testify about the blood draws. I predict there will be a lot of screaming from the phlebotomist when she finally figures out that the money she received per hour will now be reduced by the number hours she has to sit in court.

In the Statesman article, an "expert in blood draws" states that "the state laws are clear that nurses and hospitals are protected from such suits. What the "expert" appears to be referencing is Section 724.017 of the Texas Transportation Code. The relevant section, section (b), states:

The person who takes the blood specimen under this chapter, or the hospital where the blood specimen is taken, is not liable for damages arising from the request or order of the peace officer to take the blood specimen as provided by this chapter if the blood specimen was taken according to recognized medical procedures.

However, this "expert" left out the final sentence to section (b):

This subsection does not relieve a person from liability for negligence in the taking of a blood specimen.

Now, what the "expert" seems to be forgetting is that it will ultimately be up to a fact finder (Judge or Jury) to determine if negligence took place.

Also, I bet no one informed the phlebotomists that they could be held liable for the blood draws either.

APD is treading on thin ice on this issue, and the sad part is, they either don't even realize it, or they just don't care.

A Sneaky Way to Steal Someone Else's Forex Trading System

Anyone who is serious about trading needs to have a Forex Trading System that is tailored to them, but there is no reason to start constructing your Forex trading system from scratch.
Why try and reinvent the wheel when you can benefit from other traders years of experience and borrow your trading system's ideas and concepts?
It's easy to do, and there are some pretty good Forex trading systems out there for you to work with. Some of them are free and some are very expensive, but the price tags don't always reflect the actual value of the Forex trading systems. But, many of these systems won't work for you, and I am not talking about out-right dishonesty here, which can be a big problem when trading. What I am talking about is your ability to effectively trade with the system that you may be considering using or buying.
You need to use a system that matches your life style and personality. If you have a day job (not trading), a Forex Trading System that requires you to stare at a screen all day wouldn't be appropriate. You would be distracted at work and miss the opportunities to make money, or even worse, you will not close a trade effectively and could lose money.
Some Forex trading systems have a potential to lose 20, 30 or 40% of your money before they are profitable. Can you handle a system that can drop your trading capital to half before making money? Or, are you prepared to have a string of 8 to 10 loses in a row before you have a winning trade? Some of the best traders in the world lose money on more than 50% of their trades. These are all important points to consider when you are creating your Forex Trading System. Choose aspects of the different systems that are out there that fit your trading style best, and then build your Forex trading system.
An excellent trading method, which was made famous by Richard Dennis and William Eckhardt and is sometimes referred to as Turtle Trading, is one of the best Forex trading systems that I know of. They get returns in excess of 20 to 100% per year using this system. But, could most traders trade their system? Not a chance! Dennis and Eckhardt also loose on over 60% of their trades.
Once you know what sort of Forex Trading System will work best for you, look at the components that make it work. Face it; if you are a new, or even a fairly serious, trader how likely are you to come up with a totally new concept? There are some very smart and wealthy traders out there. Why not use their ideas. Consider Dennis and Eckhardt's turtle trading, their system is based on a "breakout" method. I know most traders could not trade using their exact method, but they could take parts of it, such as the breakouts, to confirm a trend.
You can also use other Forex trading systems to give you an outline of what parts a system has to have for it to make money. All great Forex trading systems have these three basics:
1. Entry Rules,
2. Money Management Rules and
3. Exit Rules.
Study and learn from the Forex trading systems out there, borrow their concepts, and steal their ideas. It will put you on the track to the system that will make you a successful trader.

Essential Elements of a Successful Trader

All the foreign exchange trading knowledge in the world is not going to help, unless you have the nerve to buy and sell currencies and put your money at risk. As with the lottery “You gotta be in it to win it”. Trust me when I say that the simple task of hitting the buy or sell key is extremely difficult to do when your own real money is put at risk.

You will feel anxiety, even fear. Here lies the moment of truth. Do you have the courage to be afraid and act anyway? When a fireman runs into a burning building I assume he is afraid but he does it anyway and achieves the desired result. Unless you can overcome or accept your fear and do it anyway, you will not be a successful trader.

However, once you learn to control your fear, it gets easier and easier and in time there is no fear. The opposite reaction can become an issue – you’re overconfident and not focused enough on the risk you're taking.

Both the inability to initiate a trade, or close a losing trade can create serious psychological issues for a trader going forward. By calling attention to these potential stumbling blocks beforehand, you can properly prepare prior to your first real trade and develop good trading habits from day one.

Start by analyzing yourself. Are you the type of person that can control their emotions and flawlessly execute trades, oftentimes under extremely stressful conditions? Are you the type of person who’s overconfident and prone to take more risk than they should? Before your first real trade you need to look inside yourself and get the answers. We can correct any deficiencies before they result in paralysis (not pulling the trigger) or a huge loss (overconfidence). A huge loss can prematurely end your trading career, or prolong your success until you can raise additional capital.

The difficulty doesn’t end with “pulling the trigger”. In fact what comes next is equally or perhaps more difficult. Once you are in the trade the next hurdle is staying in the trade. When trading foreign exchange you exit the trade as soon as possible after entry when it is not working. Most people who have been successful in non-trading ventures find this concept difficult to implement.

For example, real estate tycoons make their fortune riding out the bad times and selling during the boom periods. The problem with trying to adapt a 'hold on until it comes back' strategy in foreign exchange is that most of the time the currencies are in long-term persistent, directional trends and your equity will be wiped out before the currency comes back.

The other side of the coin is staying in a trade that is working. The most common pitfall is closing out a winning position without a valid reason. Once again, fear is the culprit. Your subconscious demons will be scaring you non-stop with questions like “what if news comes out and you wind up with a loss”. The reality is if news comes out in a currency that is going up, the news has a higher probability of being positive than negative (more on why that is so in a later article).

So your fear is just a baseless annoyance. Don’t try and fight the fear. Accept it. Have a laugh about it and then move on to the task at hand, which is determining an exit strategy based on actual price movement. As Garth says in Waynesworld “Live in the now man”. Worrying about what could be is irrational. Studying your chart and determining an objective exit point is reality based and rational.

Another common pitfall is closing a winning position because you are bored with it; its not moving. In Football, after a star running back breaks free for a 50-yard gain, he comes out of the game temporarily for a breather. When he reenters the game he is a serious threat to gain more yards – this is indisputable. So when your position takes a breather after a winning move, the next likely event is further gains – so why close it?

If you can be courageous under fire and strategically patient, foreign exchange trading may be for you. If you’re a natural gunslinger and reckless you will need to tone your act down a notch or two and we can help you make the necessary adjustments. If putting your money at risk makes you a nervous wreck its because you lack the knowledge base to be confident in your decision making.

Patience to Gain Knowledge through Study and Focus

Many new traders believe all you need to profitably trade foreign currencies are charts, technical indicators and a small bankroll. Most of them blow up (lose all their money) within a few weeks or months; some are initially successful and it takes as long as a year before they blow up. A tiny minority with good money management skills, patience, and a market niche go on to be successful traders. Armed with charts, technical indicators, and a small bankroll, the chance of succeeding is probably 500 to 1.

To increase your chances of success to near certainty requires knowledge; acquiring knowledge takes hard work, study, dedication and focus. Compile your knowledge base without taking any shortcuts, thereby assuring a solid foundation to build upon.

How Forex Money Management Protects Currency Traders

If you consider Forex money management a boring distraction from the real fun of Forex trading, you've missed the whole point. Before you can make any real and consistent gains in the Forex, you must come to understand that money management is just as important as the trading part. One of the most essential ingredients of successful Forex trading is the unfailing use of money management techniques to minimize losses and protect your gains.

Before you even begin laying out money and making trades, you'll want to decide on a set of Forex money management guidelines. Placing bets without any kind of safety net is irresponsible toward yourself and your family.

Successful traders recommend that you start small and gain a gut-level grasp of the markets before moving on to bigger bets. Hoping for a big score right at the beginning is the mark of a casino gambler, not an investor.

The best advice:
Keep your risk, right from the beginning, at about one percent or less of your total equity on any one trade. Keeping your risk low, in the one percent range, protects you if disaster strikes and you have a string of losses. You could actually survive 20 consecutive bad trades and still have 80 percent of your equity remaining. Taking tiny little one percent baby steps may seem boring, but it certainly beats being wiped out by a run of adverse trades. It will ensure that you're still around to invest next week, next month and next year. It also helps you safely build confidence, judgment and experience.

Many new Forex traders ask how much they should put into their trading account. The surest and wisest advice is never, ever bet your rent or grocery money. In other words, only use money you can afford to lose. Yes, I know that in your special case there aren't going to be any losses, and you're in a big hurry to make it big. But long experience says it's not going to happen that way for you either. If you were to lose everything you invest, would you and your family still eat okay? Would you still be in your home, or would you have to move into your brother-in-law's basement? Just think about this, okay?

It's important for you to know about the four stops. These are standard (and very wise) ways to prevent losses from ravaging your finances as you begin trading the Forex markets. You or your broker can use one or more of these four stops to protect your money.

1. Equity Stop
This stop lets you decide beforehand how much you're prepared to risk on a single trade, and you won't risk anything beyond that percentage. A beginner may set the equity stop to one or two percent. Once you've gained considerable experience, you might eventually raise this to five percent, but never forget that at the 5% level, ten consecutive bad trades (not impossible) could wipe out half of your account.

Downside: This stop makes no allowance for positive fluctuations. The protection is strong, but if you never vary from it, you may miss out on some of the more profitable trades. When you're a newbie, the safety net it provides while you're learning is more important than any gains you might miss while you'e learning.

2. Chart Stop
The trading charts that technical analysis provides can be accurate indicators of market movements. Technically minded traders who live, eat and breathe mathematics and probabilities often love chart stops. But the smart ones don't get reckless. They also include equity stops in their calculations.

Downside: Generating charts and analyzing them can take significant time for newbies. This is time in which the market has moved on, leaving all that beautifully charted data a little (or a lot) outdated.

3. Volatility Stop
Related to the chart stop but more complex, this one assigns risk values according to volatility rather than price action. Until you're experienced in Forex trading, it's best to leave this difficult technique to your broker. It's based on subtle and sophisticated evaluations of high versus low volatility of currency pairs and assigns greater or lesser risk to each market situation.

Downside: Demands steady, unflinching nerves and a great deal of experience.

4. Margin Stop
With the Margin Stop you're deciding beforehand that you'll get out of any trade before you're out of money. If you have ,000 in your account, setting your margin to 0 means you'll trade with the top textarea,500 but if your losses ever reach that amount, you'll close your position and preserve that last 0.

Downside: It's hard to find a downside to the Margin Stop. You keep control of your account, even when using an account manager.

Biography

Rodney Atkins was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, and put up for adoption not long after his birth. As an infant at the Holston Methodist Home for Children in Greeneville, Tennessee, he was so sick that two couples who had taken him home returned him a few days later.^[2] A third couple, Margaret and Allan Atkins ^[3] from Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, adopted him and, even though his ailments worsened, refused to give him up. "Chasin' Girls" was sent to radio in October as the third single but failed to make top 40. Then "Farmer's Daughter" was released in March 2010 and reaching number 5. Madeleine Rose Trudel (August 26, 1999-November 26, 2006), a young girl from St. Clair, Michigan, was dying of cancer when on October 25, 2006 Atkins gave Maddie a private concert in her hospital room. Atkins learned about Maddie when somebody sent him a link to the Free Press series about Maddie and her illness. He sang "If You're Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows)", his signature song as well as Maddie's favorite song.^[5]

3. ثم نقوم مره اخرى بالبحث عن الكود التالي في قالب مدونة بلوجر .

غالبيه المدونين يعلم بان اعلانات جوجل ادسنس كلما كانت داخل الموضوع كلما كانت اهم وكلما ذاد مردودها المادي علي صاحب المدونه ولكن بعض المدونين لا يعلم الطريقه التي من خلالها وضع اعلان جوجل ادسنس في اول الموضوع او في منتصفه ومن رايي الشخصي ان افضل مكان لوضع الاعلان هو ان يكون في منتصف الموضوع لان الزائر لا يهتم باي اعلان في بدايه الموضوع ويهتم فقط بقراءة الموضوع وكذلك قد لا يهتم مطلقا بالاعلان حين يكون في نهاية الموضوع لانه بالطبع قد انتهي من قراءة الموضوع وبالتالي حصل علي مراده.اما اذا كان اعلان جوجل ادسنس في منتصف الموضوع فحينها سيكون الزائر او القارئ لم يكن قد انتهى من قراءة الموضوع وقد يكون الاعلان له صلة بالموضوع الذي يقرءاه وبالتالي هناك احتماال كبير جدا ان يضغط علي ذلك الاعلان وهذا ما يتمناه اي صاحب مدونه يضع اعلانات جوجل ادسنس في مدونته ولرؤية مثال علي هذا الدرس المفيد يمكنك الضغط علي الرابط الموجود بالاسفل,,

وان اعجبك الدرس وتريد تطبيقه علي مدونتك قم باتباع التالي
قم بالذهاب الي لوحة تحكم مدونتك ثم الي تصميم > ثم الي تحرير Html >قم بالضغط علي خانة توسيع قوالب واجهه المستخدم > ثم اضغط Ctrl + F ومن ثم قم بالبحث عن الكود الموجود بالاسفل

وقم باستبداله بالكود التالي

قم بوضع اعلانك مكان الجمله المعلمه باللون الاحمر في الكود اعلاه

وقبل وضعك لكود جوجل ادسنس يجب عليك معالجته عن ريق تلك الاداه حتي يتم عرضه بشكل صحيح .ما عليك سوى الضغط على هذا الرابط adsnes converter ووضع كود ادسنس الخاص بك في المربع الموجود بالصفحه ومن ثم الضغ علي زر convert

ثم قم بعد ذلك بننسخ الكود بعد تحويله ووضعه مكان تلك الجمله في الكود الموجود بالاعلى
ثم قم بعد ذلك بحفظ قالب مدونتك
والان عندما تريد كتابة موضوع بداخله اعلان جوجل ادسنس موجود في منتصفه فما عليك الا كتابة موضوعك وعند وصولك الي منتصف الموضوع قم بلصق الكود الموجود بالاسفل

ثم قم بتكملة موضوعك بشكل طبيعي جدا وقم بنشره واذهب اليه ستجد ان اعلان جوجل ادسنس قد تم عرضه في منتصف الموضوع

ملحوظه هامه جدا: الكود الصغير الذي بالاعلى عند نسيانك وضعه في منتصف الموضوع عند كتابتك اياه فان اعلان جوجل ادسنس سيتم عرضه في بداية الموضوع,,اما ان قمت بوضعه في نهاية الموضوع فبالتالي سيتم عرض اعلان جوجل ادسنس في نهاية موضوعك علي مدونة بلوجر...

الكود الذي بالاعلى المقصود به عدد المواضيع المعروضه في الصفحه الواحده يمكنك تغيير رقم 5 الي اي رقم تريده

هذا الكود المعنى به هو عدد ترقيمات الصفحات في الصفحه الرئيسيه لمدونتك وينصح بعدم ذيادة الترقيمات عن 5

وقم بتغيير هذا الرابط 'http://feeds2.feedburner.com/blogspot/WyNa' الي رابط التغذيه الخاص بمدونتك.

وتستطيع مثلما قلت في بداية الموضوع ان تغير رابط الصوره ورابط التغذيه باي رابط صوره او رابط موقع اخر تود الاعلان عنه في مدونتك

الصوره الصغيره بالاعلى تبين شكل الاضافه في وضعها العادي..والصوره التي بالاسفل تبين شكل الاضافه عند وقوف الماس عليها.
